In the parking lot, @ICEgov agents, equipped with non-lethal pepper ball guns, ensured that a 𝘔𝘪𝘨𝘳𝘢 𝘞𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩 vehicle could not leave until the situation was handled.

ICE reported the vehicle’s obstruction and disturbance to the local police, who took appropriate action.

It’s time to stand with law enforcement and ICE officers who are working tirelessly to uphold the law and protect our communities from those who seek to undermine and disrupt their efforts.

🚨Another ICE/Border Patrol agent was caught on camera openly admitting they were violating the Constitution… this time in Minneapolis.

In the video, multiple agents have a man handcuffed on private property.

Bystanders repeatedly ask if they have a warrant. One agent replies:

“We are identifying who he is. By that point we will let you know if we have a warrant.”

So he’s flat-out admitting they entered private property without a warrant, detained and handcuffed someone, and don’t even know who the man is.

Then it gets worse. You can hear agents telling the man, “we don’t want to take you to jail,” as they physically move him onto a porch… away from cameras… to question him off-screen.

And after all of that?

They leave. No arrest. No charges. Nothing.

Which means the whole encounter… the entry, the detention, the handcuffs, the questioning… was baseless and unconstitutional from the start.

This is exactly why people need to stay silent, ask “am I free to leave,” and film everything. The camera is usually the only accountability these agents ever face.
