Real cases. Real facts. Respectful chats. I love to break down timelines & evidence to separate truth from speculation. Criminal Psych background. Crime Lover.
Hi, I’m Kristin.
True crime has been a lifelong passion of mine, but for me, it’s never been about the headlines. It’s about the details, the questions, and finding the truth.
With a background in criminal psychology and a passion for writing, I approach cases with a focus on facts, respect, and real understanding.
That’s why I created Voices & Evidence. This is a space to ask hard questions, dig deeper, and keep the conversation grounded in truth.
If you’re here, I’m really glad you found this.
@druser I think so because the map that Annie provide marked the same location (or very near to it) where this happened. From what I know right now, that is the only connection I can find.
his caught my attention.
Pima County authorities are searching for Coral Michelle Smith, also known as "Under The Sea Smith," in connection with an alleged kidnapping and assault incident near River Road and La Cholla Boulevard.
What makes this interesting is that this area reportedly overlaps with a location that has previously been discussed in relation to maps connected to Annie Guthrie.
Is it just a coincidence? Probably.
Is it worth noting? Absolutely.
At this point, there is no known public evidence connecting these two situations.
But in a case where so many questions remain unanswered, people are naturally paying attention to anything that seems unusual.
As always, facts first. Speculation solves nothing. What do you think?

I've been following true crime for more than 35 years and have a background in Criminal Psychology. I'm passionate about missing persons awareness, research, writing, and evidence-based discussions.
I don't claim to have all the answers. I ask questions, follow the facts, listen to different perspectives, and keep the focus where it belongs, on victims and their families.
I don't pick sides. I won't pick sides.
And for those wondering, I'm not here to monetize tragedy, chase views, or build a platform on drama. I'm here to raise awareness, share facts, support victims and families, and help keep important cases in the public eye.
I'm still growing this community and working toward my next milestone. If you enjoy fact-based true crime discussions, missing persons awareness, and respectful conversations, I'd love to connect with you.
❤️ Follow me and I'll gladly follow you back.
🔄 If you feel inclined to share my profile with others who may enjoy this content, I would truly appreciate it.
Together, we can amplify voices, raise awareness, and help ensure that victims and the missing are never forgotten.
🚨 BREAKING: At least 12 people were shot near the Old West End Festival in Toledo, Ohio, as what should have been a community celebration turned into a scene of chaos and fear.
Authorities say two victims are in critical condition, and investigators are actively searching for those responsible. Early reports indicate there may have been multiple shooters involved.
Witnesses described crowds running for cover as gunfire erupted near the festival, which is known for bringing families and community members together for music, food, and local events.
Tonight, our thoughts are with the victims, their families, first responders, and everyone impacted by this tragedy.
Community events should be places where families feel safe and not places where people fear for their lives.
As investigators work to identify those responsible, anyone with information is urged to contact Toledo Police.

I remember watching that search live. There are several streamers who are still out there searching on a regular basis, and others who have dedicated time and effort to searching in the past. Regardless of who is doing what, they're helping keep Nancy's case in the public eye and reminding people that she is still missing.
Someone knows something. The more attention this case receives, the better the chance that the right person comes forward with the information needed to bring answers to Nancy's family.
Lynette Hooker's mother, Darlene Hamlett, and her husband, Bill, join Ashleigh Banfield @TVAshleigh to discuss the latest developments in the investigation into Lynette's disappearance.
In this emotional interview, they share their reaction to the Coast Guard's recent search efforts, the seizure of the dinghy central to Brian Hooker's account of events, and new evidence reportedly obtained from Bahamian authorities. They also discuss emerging route and GPS information that investigators are examining as they work to piece together what happened the night Lynette vanished in the Sea of Abaco.
Darlene and Bill speak candidly about their ongoing search for answers, their concerns about the case, and why they believe the investigation is far from over. They also discuss information they have learned about a remote cabin reportedly connected to Brian Hooker's family and the questions they believe still need to be answered.
More than anything, this interview is a reminder that Lynette is not just a headline, she is a mother, daughter, family member, and friend whose loved ones continue to fight for the truth.

@Crystal_Mar87@Copeland_1984@AZPCDO Even if the deputies’ organization is correct that there was a “mandatory cite/arrest” directive, deputies would still need an underlying violation of law before issuing a ticket. They can’t make something up because they received a call. This entire situation is fishy to me.
💔 TRAGIC UPDATE 💔
The search for 20-year-old Auburn University student Weston Higginbotham has come to a heartbreaking end.
After days of searching in Japan, volunteer search-and-rescue teams located Weston’s body in a mountainous area outside Kyoto. Weston had been missing since May 29 while traveling with his family.
While many questions remain unanswered, today is not about speculation. Today is about a young life lost far too soon and a family facing unimaginable grief.
At Voices & Evidence, we often share missing persons cases with hope that families will receive the answers they desperately seek. Sadly, not every story ends the way we hope.
Please keep the Higginbotham family, Weston’s friends, and the Auburn community in your thoughts during this incredibly difficult time.
🕊️ Rest in Peace, Weston Higginbotham.

Bahamian police loopholes and that this occurred in international waters, I believe. The US doesn’t automatically have jurisdiction because Hooker is an American. Taking control of the Soulmate was the first step and happened in US waters and on Brian’s terms basically as he paid to have the boat brought back.
