@TylerPurcell24 I’ve worn the whoop for 6 years religiously. The biggest game changer taking it from “eh, that’s interesting data” to actual massive intentionality was Whoop Labs and correlating bloodwork with telemetry every 3 months. It’s now a platform for me and I’d sooner ditch Apple Watch.

I remember years ago when marketing at the vendor I worked for asked me to do a blog series. It was all 100% around SEO. The objective wasn’t to build useful content to help defend against the adversary… it was to game the system and show up higher in results. It was a science, down to what words to use, length, reference links… and they had a ghost writer write 90% of it. I was embarrassed to have my name on it.
