@MartinSLewis I went to Sheffield Uni (2004-08) for Physics & Astronomy. Absolutely loved it - the subject, most of the time, but I really found my feet during that time. A Masters & PhD later, I now work at @eumetsat, operating satellites, monitoring the atmosphere. It was worth it for me!

Recently, out of the blue I got a call from @DKMS_uk - the charity that helps people with blood cancer. I'd forgotten that 5yrs ago I did a cheek swab... but the call was to say I was a possible match for someone in urgent need of stem cell or bone marrow transplant.

It's a chance to help someone survive who wouldn't otherwise. Unfortunately, having just been through the next stage, I've been ruled out of donating.

@MoneySavingExp I’ve had Chase for about 6 months - never had any issues, much, much better rates than my ‘main’ bank - I basically just use that as a landing point for salary now and use Chase for all normal spending etc (with 1% cash back on everything, seems sensible!)
