News alert: US CPI is released today at 1:30 PM Lagos time (8:30 AM New York).

At VOLTEX FUNDING, news trading is allowed. There is one rule: if you open a trade within 4 minutes before a high-impact release, it must stay open for at least 4 minutes after the release.

For today's CPI, that means a trade opened between 1:26 PM and 1:30 PM must stay open until at least 1:34 PM. Trades opened earlier, or after the release, are not affected by the news rule.
