@Pflax1 I’ve been here multiple times... it has happened after LONG winters, 6+ month work sprints, and after the birth of each of my children. You dive in, the first 2 weeks stink, then you feel the fitness returning, you lean in and soon enough...
May is National Bike Month! None of us would be out there riding if it weren't for our local bike shops. Right now, they need our support more than ever - so please remember them as you get out and ride this month - #shoplocal! #njshredz
What is your favorite local bike shop?
Not the death of the car as much as the rebirth of the city. When you give people transportation choices, you give them transportation independence. Now is the moment to build the post-COVID future we want, w/bikeable, walkable & transit-accessible streets

A little bright spot in #hoboken. This little cutie (looks young) is posing for the crowd on our northern waterfront. @brigantineseals has been called. He seems alert and able to move so hoping he is just resting and not stranded. @MarciRubinN12 @News12NJ@hMAG @brian4NY
@anthonymobile We did Glacier, Yellowstone and Jackson (only 1.5 days there) in two weeks - didn’t feel rushed, but had done Glacier previously... and importantly flew into Kalispel, MT and out of JAC. Might be too much if you start and end in JAC.
Been in Wuhan for a week now with @ClaireYChe and @sarahchen. Watching the city emerge from lockdown offers us glimpses of scenes that will likely unfold elsewhere as other cities try to get their economies back on track. Here are some stories that shed light on what’s to come.
#StayHome. 💯 But much of #Hoboken lives in small apartments; we need time outside for fresh air+exercise. Sign a petition to ask @RaviBhalla to close Sinatra Drive to cars to give residents enough space to exercise while maintaining #socialdistancing. https://t.co/hUTc5wYreu
One of our members got creative and got in a 20+ mile bike ride all within @CityofHoboken without doubling over her route! Most people don't know even though Hoboken is only 1.25 sq miles in area, it has 36 miles of street. 🚲🚲🚲
@BlessedBDC *Sigh* Of all the amazing music I enjoyed there, for some reason one of the most vivid memories I have is of you (AS) in the late 80’s doing a ‘stop.... hammer time’ spoof and downing a bottle of JD during the pause
