@MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft @Office @MicrosoftHelps I'm extremely disappointed with Microsoft's customer support.

For the past several days, I've been trying to resolve a Microsoft 365 billing issue after being charged following the cancellation of my Microsoft 365 E5 trial.

My original Microsoft 365 admin account became locked, and Microsoft Support instructed me to create a new temporary Microsoft 365 trial tenant so I could submit a service request and resolve the issue. I followed those instructions and created the new account.

Even with the new Global Administrator account, I still cannot create a support ticket.

When I select Microsoft 365 Apps Admin Center, I'm only shown troubleshooting articles. When I choose Microsoft 365 Office Apps, I'm redirected to more documentation. There is never an option to submit a service request.

I've called Microsoft's global support numbers more than a dozen times. I've also used Microsoft Virtual Support, where I uploaded my invoices and screenshots showing that the support options lead nowhere.

I also sent those same invoices and screenshots through direct messages to @MicrosoftHelps on X, clearly showing that I cannot create a support ticket. Despite reviewing the evidence, I continue to receive the same generic links explaining how to create a service request, even though I've repeatedly shown that those steps don't work for my account.

At this point, it feels like there is no human ownership of my case, only automated responses, repeated redirects, and scripted replies. I've done everything Microsoft has asked over the last several days and still have no refund and no way to open a support case.

Microsoft, please assign someone who can review my case, stop directing me to the same broken support flow, and help resolve this billing issue.

@MicrosoftHelps microsoft locks my account and then proceeds to advise me to create a another trial account and then cancel that trial account to prevent from being charged to resolve the trial renewal billing issue i been dealing with for last couple days.

I cannot find any refund request option in the admin center or support portal.
