The video starts with Avery Samuels laying on a table being yelled at and slapped several times by a guy identified as ‘Camden’. Avery is drunk and cannot defend himself.

Rakim Warfield (19) see’s what’s happening and defended his friend. Another boy jumps in and grabs and knees Rakim from behind as others sit by laughing and recording.

The people at the party allegedly claimed Rakim was the aggressor and claimed he threatened them with a shǒt 🔫. Police searched his vehicle and home and no 🔫 was ever found.

He was charged with 2 counts of 1st degree assault, 2 counts of 2nd degree assault, and 2 counts of reckless endangerment. According to his father, Rakim has been offered a 25 year sentence (all but 5 years suspended).

This video paints a completely different picture than the partygoers accounts of what happened.

His father posted the video in hopes that with more public support, his son could get justice. He also asks for prayers during this extremely difficult time for his family.

His father wrote ‘I didn’t wanna post this video but fck it is what it is this video is what they are holding my son for a fight when all he did was protect his homeboy matter of they wanna offer him 25yrs all suspended but 5yrs. There also trying to say he pull a shotgun out and threatened partygoer which is a lie because when the cops searched his car and my house they didn’t find a shotgun so it’s all a bunch of bullsh!t.’

Avery’s mother has stated her son tried to press charges against Camden but those charges were not picked up by the state. Now that they have the video she has sent it to the DA and hopes that charges can be brought against the true criminals in this situation.

This young man should be labeled a hero for standing up for his friend who could not defend himself, instead he is painted as the villain. This is unacceptable!

Thousands of men go through situations like this and are still treated unfairly. It’s refreshing to see a judge look at the full picture and hold someone accountable instead of automatically assuming the father is in the wrong. 🫡

Finnigan’s TikTok was drier than her wig before the lie. Two days ago, she filmed herself in Dallas, Texas claiming four different black men tried to kidnap her. She said she was so scared she pulled out her pepper spray and her soiled pad to scare them off.

She never called the Dallas Police Department. I did. They never heard of this “incident.” The men she filmed were simply minding their business. In her “part 2,” she was Insulting a man, showing his face without consent, and calling him names all while pretending to be terrified. He didn’t want to be filmed and defamed.

Now, her fake story has 3.5 million views and hundreds of comments from gullible women hyping her up. This is what happens when lies are rewarded and nobody checks the facts. Ever since the government shutdown, more scammers have been using TikTok to chase clout and quick checks.

She never saw those numbers until she weaponized fear and used four innocent Black men to push her lie. That’s dangerous. That’s defamation. And that kind of behavior can get someone killed.

I’ve already given her information to the Dallas PD. I hope the men she defamed take action. Enough is enough. Stop believing everything you see online, verify before you amplify.
