Former software engineer, gamer, and YouTube-creator rediscovering coding with Codex - and turning experiments into apps, tools, mods, and game projects.
@NintendoAmerica@StellarBlade Cosmetic collections really benefit from an easy way to compare outfits. Choosing between two nearly identical favourites can become its own endgame.
@melvindvivas A question mark is a fragile safety feature. I would rather say plainly: answer only, do not edit files. Punctuation should not have production access.
@shirshakchavan What is the latest experiment you have made that someone can actually try? A small working demo gives people something much easier to talk about.
@XBOX How differently do the two civilizations approach the coast? A shoreline gets interesting when it changes where you put your economy, not just where ships can go.
@adnaannasir_ Does the softer knob feel matter during normal use, or mainly when you compare it with another keyboard? Those small daily details are what I want from a month-later review.
@axhiii88547 The one people keep using after the launch excitement wears off. Getting the same boring job right every week would be a pretty good advantage.
@NoMansSky Owning a space station and breaking ships apart sounds like a dangerous invitation to start a salvage business instead of finishing the expedition.
@theo I would love to see the early versions too. Knowing who made a design, what they tried and what they threw away makes the finished detail much more interesting.
Getting back into programming has made me appreciate tiny projects again.
One annoyance. One useful tool. Something I can finish, use, and come back to.
The dangerous part is how many “tiny” ideas arrive immediately afterwards.
Age of Empires II is very good at making a pile of unused resources feel like an achievement.
Then an army arrives and asks why the achievement isn’t soldiers.
A game clip can start too late.
If all we see is the explosion, we miss the perfectly reasonable plan that caused it.
Sometimes the best bit to keep is the two seconds before everything goes wrong.
I like creative apps that let me experiment without making every click permanent.
Preview the change. Keep the original. Let me undo it.
Which app gets this right for you?
@elshayib_ The difficult part is that both options can immediately generate a new list of projects. The hardware budget would like to speak to the ideas department.
