How can we break free from the curse of history and embrace a peaceful future?

Fixating on the past can prevent us from embracing the future. We cannot go back to the past to correct the wrongs that have happened - it’s impossible. But forging a path to future peace is possible. 80 years ago, Jews were massacred in their millions by the Nazis, but today Jews and Germans are good friends. If they can reconcile, then all wounds can heal. The key is to seek healing, instead of using the past as an excuse to incite more violence and conflict.
