The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) has reportedly admitted that Hamas’ leader in Lebanon was on its payroll.

Earlier this month, we wrote to the @FCDOGovUK to ask whether legal advice was sought in relation to the restoration of funding to UNRWA that was announced, and for a summary of that advice similarly to be published.

What guarantees are there that other Hamas or Hizballah members are not being funded by UNRWA?

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office must pause funding to UNRWA immediately. Our Government should not be committing British taxpayer money to members of proscribed antisemitic genocidal terror groups.
