Tonight, some of the Braintree Volunteer Police Cadets were spreading some valentine's day cheer in the community - giving roses to the residents and staff of Braintree nursing home 🌷🌷🌹🌹

Last week Cadet Payne suggested that we visit the local care home to spread some Christmas cheer

Over the last week we have been gathering presents together in prep to do this

Last night all of our cadets completed first aid training and are now all trained in basic first aid 🤕🚑💉👩🏼‍⚕️

Wednesday night we were out in full force in Braintree giving out crime prevention advice, ensuring cars were all locked up and valuables were out of sight 🤙🏻👮🏼‍♀️👮🏻‍♂️

An emotive session today learning all about dimentia which naturally effected some of us more than others!

Tonight all of our cadets have signed up to be a Dimentia Friend and now have a greater awareness of the signs of Dimentia 🤝

Join unit night with the air cadets yesterday, learning about crimes scenes, radios, stop and search and the kit we wear 🤓

A quiet night due to majority of our cadets sitting their GCSE exams so took the oppurtunity to work on drill and practice radio comms by looking for a our misper Matty 🧐🗣
