Today 9th September is the final targeted day for delivery as per Amazon CS, product reached at Kochi on 4th still waiting...

This not the first time, the Amazon delivery team updates wrong status(see the screenshot) when thay haven't even called me or contacted me....see time updated 11.18pm!! When they do not deliver after 10PM. Contacting the CS since last 3 days, that are trained only to say sorry.

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp @AmazonC28701966 Product arrived at the location on 4th Sept, today is 8th Sept with out any update on the status of the delivery or what happened to the product arrived at the location, no update from CS or delivery team, now the final action from Amazon to take place tomorrow order cancelled.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @AmazonC28701966 Waiting (5th day) for Amazon to deliver the product ordered, status shows the product reached my location (Kochi) and has been out for delivery as per status every day, but it never reaches me, CS team assured delivery all the 4 days...no clarity why the delay...pathetic service

Observe that whenever there is an exchange clubbed with an order the delivery team creates an issue intentionally by delaying the order even with wrong/false status update like delivery attempted when they didn't even come. Talking about Cochin location delivery team

@AmazonHelp Ok fine I will wait till 5PM, but can you update whats the reason for the delay... curious to know..as the product was out of delivery couple of times in last 4days....but no status update now....

@AmazonHelp Amazon help is actually helpless....you seem to have no control over your delivery team.. expect atleast you tell whats the problem you are facing with delivery....

@AmazonHelp Yesterday when I reached out you confirmed the product will be delivered today, now saying tomorrow, whats this!!!! No update in the delivery status also after 6th...it's really sad that the CS team has no control on the delivery team.... pathetic

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp @AmazonC28701966 Every day I contact the customer care team they apologises for the delay and gives a false promise to deliver it asap....but nothing happens...they are not even able to contact the delivery team....and moreover need to repeat the story every time, means they do not have any track

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp @AmazonC28701966 Not sure about other locations, the Kochi Amazon Prime members delivery team seems to be so powerful that thay can do whatever they feel like, though the product has reached the location not delivered since last 3 days, they keep changing the delivery status, customer has no clue

@EurekaforbesIN Day 13 after requested for the service covered under AMC... apart from the consolation from CS that they will arrange the technician immediately, till date nobody turned up nobody called.... Pathetic service..... Think before you buy from Aquaguard.....

Pathetic Service, requested service on 6th june for 10th June well in advance, till date no one came or called, contacted customer service many time, but bo solution, Pathetic customer service....I have an AMC....but still no help

@BCCI @Jaspritbumrah93 Happy for you Bumrah, but how come Sanju is not the impact player!!!!, whats the criteria for this selection? Yes its a team work, but Sanju's cannot be ignored....or did we miss the portion when the team was applauding Sanju's performance...?

Finally when I called your CS technician this morning, instead of giving a false promise of 4hours, straight away said it will be resolved by 12.30pm tomorrow, so its very clear you do not have good technicians on ground to manage the technical issues,

It has been almost 3 days since I reported my Airtel broadband wifi outage, no resolution yet. Called your CS 4 times yesterday every time they said action will be taken within the next 4 hours, but nothing happened yet.
