Born in a very poor family, Krishan Sharma made Boxing his life. Won state, national and international championships & made India proud. His dream was to represent India in Olympics.

But .....He was barred from playing the sport after it was discovered that he had a lens in his eye which was put after a surgery when he was a small child. He had no clue. He cleared all medical tests for years but then he was suddenly barred.

Devastated, he tried to take his own life. But his parents gave him strength to fight back.

He opened his own academy. Fell in love, got married. But destiny had some other plans. He caught his wife cheating on him red handed. She left him.

When he asked for an official divorce, he was beaten up black and blue by her family. He filed an FIR. She also filed FIR alleging unnatural sex, domestic violence etc

A compromise was struck after intervention of senior officers & he moved on in life focusing on his boxing academy

His students started winning medals and he decided if he couldn't go to Olympics as a player, he will strive to be there as a coach

But destiny again had other plans.

His ex-wife got a boy planted in his academy. One day Krishan was arrested at midnight by police saying the minor boy has filed a rape case against him.

Without iota of evidence, he was immediately jailed. He kept applying for bail and it kept getting rejected just because he was an accused in a POCSO case

When his mother learnt of the charges and that her son was in Jail, she went into complete trauma and died. Krishan didn't get bail to even light her pyre. He eventually got permission to attend her tehervi but after he went back to jail, he was quarantined and kept in a 6x6 cell for months.

After 5 years of trial, he was found innocent where the court observed that there was not a shred of evidence against him. Medical report of the boy was negative, his ex-wife threatened witnesses not to depose in his favour & he had himself demanded a Narco test

But this acquittal did not mean much for Krishan. His life was totally shattered

A man whose name was written on a stone along with other achievers of his village celebrating his victories, he was now a condemned man who had been to jail for years, society still treating him as Guilty

Despite so many setbacks in his life where his love, friends and the sports which was his life betrayed him, he is still making an effort to live

He wants to revive his boxing academy back which is in deplorable condition and we @ekamnyaay are crowdfunding money for the same for him

The woman, a 32-year-old resident of Amrapali Riverview Society, was reportedly intoxicated and created a disturbance in the middle of the road.

The viral video shows the woman lying on the road with a cigarette in her hand, while a liquor bottle can be seen beside her.

Passersby gathered at the spot and attempted to persuade her to move, but her actions reportedly disrupted traffic and caused inconvenience to commuters.

Following information from local residents, police reached the scene and brought the situation under control.

According to Bisrakh SHO Munendra Singh, the woman was taken to the police station through appropriate procedures and underwent a medical examination.

Police said that after the medical test, necessary legal action was initiated against her in accordance with the law.

A video of an incident involving Municipal Health Officer Bhanu Prakash in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, is making rounds, in which a sanitation worker is allegedly seen throwing bangles in front of him and saying, "Here, wear these."

The sanitation workers claim that they were hired by an outsourcing company at a monthly salary of ₹13,000, but despite their hard work, they are receiving only ₹7,500 per month.

Serious allegations of corruption have been made against the Municipal Health Officer in this matter, and there is widespread anger among the employees.

Ketan Vishal Agarwal, a 26 year old businessman from Pune, was set to get married later this year.

He went on a trek to Lohagad Fort with his fiancée and friends.

During the trip, Ketan fell hundreds of feet into a valley and died.

The incident was reported as an accidental fall while taking photographs.

Police began investigating and found inconsistencies.

▪️Bombay High Court held that a divorced wife can continue to enforce a maintenance decree against the estate of her deceased former husband, but cannot seek enhancement of the maintenance amount after his death.

▪️Court ruled that while the financial obligation survives and binds the deceased husband's estate, the right to seek an increase in maintenance is a personal remedy that ends with his demise.

▪️The case arose after the parties, married under the Special Marriage Act in 1974, separated in 1977.

▪️Following divorce proceedings, Family Court in 1999 dissolved the marriage and awarded the wife permanent maintenance of ₹6,000 per month.

▪️After husband's death in 2012, wife sought recovery of maintenance arrears as well as enhancement of the monthly maintenance amount.

▪️High Court held that a decree for permanent alimony remains executable even after the husband's death. It observed that legislative intent behind Section 37 Special Marriage Act is to secure financial support for the wife throughout her lifetime, and therefore both accrued arrears and future maintenance under an existing decree can be recovered from the estate inherited by the legal heirs.

▪️However, Court refused to enhance maintenance amount. It interpreted Section 37(2) to mean that modification of maintenance requires Court to assess the financial circumstances of both parties, which is possible only when both husband and wife are alive.

▪️The statute does not permit enhancement proceedings against the legal heirs or the estate of a deceased spouse.

▪️Court also cautioned that allowing enhancement claims after husband's death would create perpetual uncertainty in succession matters, as legal heirs would never be able to determine their final share in estate.

▪️Accordingly, Bombay High Court dismissed wife's appeal seeking enhancement while upholding her right to recover maintenance from deceased husband's estate.

A highly intoxicated woman and her boyfriend were arrested in Meerut after she created a late-night ruckus on the highway.

After police arrived, the woman verbally abused the officers, assaulted bystanders, and slapped a man. Both individuals were detained and their vehicles were seized.

The incident took place in the Sardhana police station area of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

The woman, who traveled from Delhi to meet her boyfriend, Parvez, had reportedly been participating in a late-night drinking session. Following a tip-off, police intercepted them on the highway.

The woman started an aggressive argument, repeatedly defied the officers, and even hit an on-duty policeman and a bystander.

Their vehicles (including a Thar and a Tata Punch) were seized. They were all booked under Section 151 (breach of peace) and sent to custody.
