@urbancompany_UC used water mixed acid at my house while cleaning fan service.. how is it allowed.. we got to know only when it spilled on bedsheets and it got spoiled.. 2 hours whole house was stinking

@UC_Assist Doesn’t seem you’re truly apologetic. ₹500 for such a grave security lapse is unacceptable. Anyone untrained could enter a home carrying acidic content and damage belongings. And this is being “resolved” with an apology + ₹500? Serious accountability is needed.

@UC_Assist Have shared number on DM. It’s not only bedsheets, my quilt and the unpleasant smell cause discomfort to my 2 pets was non acceptable.
