@CaryKelly11 I know a guy who takes it and he's complaining about high cost. It merely takes away your appetite.
He said he's thinking of cutting dose to bi-weekly instead of weekly. I told him he could eventually get off it completely if he conditions his habits right.
@invertedworld9@DediHund I have barely any fat and I'm an avid faster. 2MAD omnivore Mediterranean-ish, zero snacking, no processed, no added sugar. 16/8 daily, 24 hrs weekly, 72 hrs monthly. I'm currently on my monthly 72 fast one day in. I'll be 60 in a few months.
@JakeThirteenth My dog bit someone and my town dog officer just made me quarantine my dog for 10 days in case my dog had rabies. That's all they had to do, quarantine the squirrel and raccoon for 10 days if they were worried about rabies. They killed them for no reason.
@MarkBski@PiaJSigler Buddhist bows are really good for mobility. I do a modified no hands version, 22 per day. My queen is a Bhuddism philosophy instructor, she is supposed to do 108 per day, although she has to do 300 per day this week.
