@StandardBankZA I tried to cancel my credit card…let me tell you all about my experience.
On the 1st of July I called and after over 1 hour on the phone they gave me a settlement amount valid for 6 days.
On the 2nd of July,early morning , I paid full settlement amount
And BTW, last guy I spoke to was stuttering like crazy and told me a Banker will call me to discuss the next steps?What next steps ??? Card is fully paid off and I want that account closed and card cancelled 🤨
How difficult it can be ??? Very disappointing from @StandardBankZA
@StandardBankZA I have 2 credit cards so I decided to close one that I don’t use for years now. I was told to pay the settlement amount and call the next day to officially close it.
I called 3 times today and every time I was told that banker will contact me! Still nothing!!!

Money went of my account and you canceled my order 5 seconds later. Money went of my account and I got a payment plan breakdown, meanwhile you cancelled it immediately! Wtf??? What do I do now?

I went and i ordered it thinking it’s 100% cotton, it came and one is 100% acrylic and other 59% cotton and 41% polyester. I returned the items. Please🙏

How do you explain this??? I’m aware that one is @Metro_Fibre and other one is on @vumatel but you are the ISP! Fight for your customers!!! One can’t be 50/50 speed and other 100/100speed and price difference only R35 Rands. We want that speed and that a price too!

@CustomerSu21905 If there is a glitch in your app that allowed me to place a COD order, you deliver the order and I pay you cash and then you fix your glitch, not cancel 2 of my orders in a row after o bought more than 100 times from you guys, check the history 🤷🏻♂️
