New Paper🥳! I use Foucault & Han to discuss how fitness body shifts from self-discipline to self-optimisation to self-exploitation. Is it empowerment or burnout? Is fitness culture true liberation or just a new form of control? Read: https://t.co/C7frNyaBuI #Fitness#Foucault

My paper for @E_C_S_S 2025 was upgraded to an oral session (grateful!), but it meant I never got to use the comic poster I poured my heart into. So here it is: a playful take on dense theory, marginalised #PhysicalEducation, and cultural critique—with a #PowerpuffGirls twist.
Just saw that my very first publication has been cited over 100 times — deeply grateful to everyone who’s read, shared, or built on that work. A small milestone, but it means a lot. https://t.co/7ioQT8YbAh
