Gconsume = how much U need to eat to burn that amount of calories daily.
A good psychological trick to keep you locked when you reach 85%+ your gw is to just drink a bunch of sodium, that shit will bloat you like crazy-while yes consciously you'll know it's because of the sodium intake, subconsciously you'll only see the fatter version of yourself.
