07/19 stats: 10,862 steps, i didn't track water >_>, 87g protein, 182g carb, 22g fiber and 81g (😭😭😭) of fat ... fun drink was had (iced wedding cake latte) but no alcohol (or weed 😏)
log for the next 3 weeks... tracking daily water intake (goal: >66 oz/day), no alcohol / sugar-full drinks checkin, and high protein breakfast ! (07/19 - 08/08)
i'm gonna be on vacation, so i'm trying to hold myself accountable before i return home mwahaha ...

sweet: sugar free choc yogurt bowl, cocoa peanut butter powder, honey, strawberries, choc chip + apple
savory: hashbrowns with scrambled egg + mixed greens (1/?)
i love my body whenever i suck in #myassfat i literally just need to lose like 10-15 lbs and im golden but my fuckijgngg body refuses to let me have a flat stomach :/
