@nicksortor Wtf... Barrett and Roberts... I'm so sick of these rëtards. They seem ok most of the time, but then every once in a while they say, "You know what? F#ck it, let's give the commiefaggots a few wins." Like bruh... wtf... how about DON'T DO THAT! 🤦🏼♂️
American Crop Yields Down | Bear Brief 29JUN26
BEAR INDEPENDENT
BRIEF
29JUN26
This last spring, commodity prices moved the wrong way, with corn futures dropping more than 10 percent and wheat giving up more than 15 percent on top of its production being projected at a 50-year low. In fact, the numbers are ugly across the board. USDA projects 2026 net farm income 24 percent lower than 2022 and still slipping, while production expenses hit $473 billion in 2025 and are still climbing. The Farm Bureau's economist Faith Parum said, "Rising input expenses are no longer a temporary challenge but a persistent reality facing farmers across the country." Corn costs $952 per acre to grow in 2027 and soybeans cost $701. Now heading into the fall harvest for 2026, soybean growers are facing down their fourth consecutive year of loss, indicating a more structural collapse.
Following rounds of tariff escalation with China, US soybean exports collapsed from nearly $18 billion down to $3 billion, but then the Strait of Hormuz closed. That choked off about 30 percent of globally traded fertilizer, spiking fertilizer costs 9 to 13 percent across major crops, plus the fuel to run the farm equipment also jumped 33 to 41 percent. Those impacts aren’t easily swallowed by farmers, as shown in a Farm Bureau survey of 5,700 farmers that found 70 percent couldn't afford all the fertilizer they needed this season. Overall, it’s expected that just corn growers alone have planted several million fewer acres than they did in 2025. USDA does project fuel and fertilizer costs will drop in 2027 as the Strait normalizes. But that projection assumes normalization actually happens — and even then, 2027 cost estimates hit records anyway, driven by seed, chemicals, repairs, labor, machinery, and cash rents.
The weather isn't cooperating either. Kansas and Nebraska just recorded the lowest hard red winter wheat harvest since 1957, with nearly 80 percent of regional fields too short to mechanically harvest. With AccuWeather putting the odds of a full super El Niño at 70 percent for this year, too, it’s important to remember that that’s comparable to the devastating 1997-98 event, which left lasting drought conditions across the Plains for years afterward.
That’s the same El Niño that will have combined global impacts on the weather and supply chain disruption. At a conference in Bonn, Germany, farmer leaders representing 95 million smallholders warned the combination of extreme weather and fertilizer disruption represents a "double crisis." On the other side of the world, the Asia Farmers Association estimates that El Niño-driven droughts and storms could cut Southeast Asian rice yields by 2 to 8 percent during the main growing season.
What's propping the whole thing up in the US? Government payments, forecast at $44 billion in 2026, potentially more than a quarter of net farm income. Yet total farm debt is projected to hit $624.7 billion this year. "While government payments and land values are providing a cushion," Fuhrman noted, "they're not long-term solutions to the underlying issues."
President Trump declared the Strait of Hormuz open and called Iran a potential "new market" for American farmers. The pitch was essentially that an Iran humbled by conflict might buy American wheat, soybeans, and corn. Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins confirmed the administration is exploring turning Tehran into a billion-dollar agricultural customer, but Iran's parliament speaker, Mohamed Ghalibaf, wrote, "America falsely claims our unfrozen assets will buy their agriculture. … The only crop we're harvesting is what you planted: decades of mistrust."

Man… I said this six months ago and everyone said I was lying and/or stupid.
I also said, and I will repeat, that what some parts of the Gov have access to is 20+ years ahead of what is available on the open market, and thousands of times as powerful.
I’m probably just stupid though.

RE: DOMINION & SMARTMATIC Election Rigging Systems
“Initiated by a court order, the Michigan investigation team obtained forensic access to a DS200 tabulator. The machine that counts the votes a tell it 4G wireless chip manufactured in Taiwan was discovered embedded into the motherboard. The voting machine tapes clearly indicate modem engagement and transmission of election data.”
Cybersecurity Expert — Colonel Phil Waldron: “Here is some of the treachery we uncovered in the 2020 general election were that five key states all stopped counting votes at the same time in these key battleground states.
These were all where Dominion machines, ES&S machines, and Smartmatic software were used. So when the vote counting stopped—and this has been noted in other countries as well—President Trump was significantly ahead. When reporting and counting resumed, a massive spike occurred that favored Joe Biden.”
Millions of votes were SWITCHED or DELETED from Trump to Biden nationwide in the 2020 Election. Around 2.7 million Trump votes were deleted nationwide by Dominion.
In states using Dominion systems, as many as 435,000 votes were switched from Trump to Biden. In PA alone, 221,000 votes were switched from Trump to Biden, and nearly 941,000 Trump votes were deleted, close to 1 million deleted in PA alone.
