That was as close to an admission as we were going to get. Couldn't answer a simple yes or no question. You be the judge. #DOGSHIT2

Just as a recap, the concept of the coin was created by bigbl (allegedly linked to Burwick law) offchain, which was deployed onchain once the first buyer purchased the coin. You can see this directly on their public court document Exhibit C, a class action law suit suing pump fun for launching meme coins.
In my opinion (NFA), the market seems inefficiently pricing $DOGSHIT2 for how perfect of a meme this is. At $3M market cap, the risk-reward in terms of potential is great. The market is tired of 1 day pump and dump rotations. $DOGSHIT2 is THE PvE meme token we can all believe in.
Things are getting crazier in the meme market. We have mainstream influencers openly pumping and dumping. KOL cabals manipulating the market draining their followers. More lawsuits will be filed over the coming months and years. $DOGSHIT2 has the narrative and potential to create a cult following. $DOGSHIT2 has already gotten a lot of media coverage and will continue to do so as the lawsuit against pump fun progresses. This is not some random meme that will fade into obscurity as it will remain relevant as long as Burwick continues to sue meme coins.
Burwick Law released a statement claiming no affiliation to $DOGSHIT2. Here we can see in the only unbolded sentence that their main claim is that they haven't launched the coin onchain. Even given that, the humor and the meme ability of $DOGSHIT2 is that according to Exhibit C, they created the token listing on pump fun. Shouldn't they have had the foresight not to do this? On top of that, why did they choose such a memeable name? $DOGSHIT2 Dog Shit Going NoWhere? "Don't buy this coin." It would be hilarious if one of the most successful meme tokens was conceptually created by a law firm suing pump fun for creating meme coins. The ticker makes it even better. As Elon Musk says, "The most entertaining outcome, especially if ironic, is most likely"
The verbiage on the pump fun site shows bigbl (allegedly Burwick Law) as the Dev and creator of the token. They even show in their exhibit C that $DOGSHIT2 was listed by whoever created the tutorial.

@wirelyss You can see from their statement that the "onchain" excuse is the only sentence unbolded. Thats strange when it is the most important point they are trying to make. They know its weak and don't want people to focus on that part.
The suits and KOLs may say otherwise, but $DOGSHIT2 is a true community coinโno pre-sniping, no coin hoarders, no manipulation. Hereโs why:
TL;DR:
Top 10 holder distribution is insanely healthy.
Only one address has a cost basis significantly lower than the current price (6x)โsurprising for a coin up 11,000% in 3 weeks.
The rest of the top holders either bought in at or above the current price.
Top holders have not been selling.
This is a grassroots movement. KOLs arenโt touching it because they have to buy inโand they donโt want to put their skin in the game.
Arenโt you tired of insider tokens and KOLs dumping on you?

never seen this many mainstream and crypto news outlets actively tracking the story behind a token that's still under 10 mil
only gets funnier the higher price goes

As of right now the best performing memecoins to come out of @pumpdotfun have been:
$fartcoin - $2.6B ATH
$pnut - $2.45B ATH
$act - $880M ATH
But how funny would it be if $dogshit2 flipped all of those? What if the token created by the law firm suing pumpfun actually becomes the best performing pump fun token of all time?
