My brother @MuriraKinoti and his able team at @KURAroads seem to have adopted the famous “mambo ni matatu” policy.

Option one: hit the pothole and damage your vehicle.

Option two: avoid the pothole and push an oncoming vehicle off the road.

Option three: both drivers swerve at the same time, meet in the middle, and then decide who meets his maker first.

When I heard Ruto was on a two-day State Visit to Kazakhstan, I was surprised because friends in that region hadn’t mentioned anything about it.

Then I saw pictures of Ruto with Yermek Kosherbayev, inspecting a guard of honor made up of 4 officers, then it made sense.

This was a made up “state visit” where Mudavadi was forced to shop around Europe/Asia for any foreign affairs minister willing to take Ruto in for a few days.

I could tell from the way Musalia sat at the office of foreign minister, looking lost.

Hio trip ni kama nyambuko ya punda that the President of the host country didn’t have time for Tourist from Kilgoris.

Not even the President of Kazakhstan nor the Foreign affairs minister that did Mudavadi a favor by hosting him and Ruto found it important to put “Ruto’s 2 day state visit” on their websites!
