45 years ago today, Mount St. Helens erupted, killing 57 people and spewing 540 million tons of ash, which traveled the world. It’s a moment we will never forget. We conducted a moment of silence today to remember those who died.

Sad to report we experienced some vandalism over the 4th of July holiday. A technician visited Mattawa on Friday to find the solar panel was recently stolen. Fortunately, plenty of sun had our battery well charged and our field team replaced the solar panel this morning #wawx
