@JosephStigler@SovArPublishing@smashbaals Because the foster system and and the adoption system are different, being in foster care and being adopted, for the children in the system that are eligible for adoption, are two very different things. You do know these are separate and distinct systems right?
@JosephStigler@SovArPublishing@smashbaals That’s newborns, newborns aren’t the only kids available for adoption… that’s incredibly dishonest. Plenty of kids go unadopted and stay stuck in the system because people are baby shopping, not actually adopting for the sake of adoption.
@SophiscNews@DefiantBaptist@Amon9575 Because their final act was one of murder, hopelessness, and blasphemy; which are all things that mark unbelievers. With no opportunity for repentance, obviously we can’t know for certain, but you can pretty safely assume they’re not in Christ and won’t be in heaven.
@Child_of_JHWH@TheLaurenChen Some people have merit based on their flesh, i.e. the firstborn is owed a double portion. God makes promises and curses to peoples families, those are merits granted to them through the flesh. Those inherent merits can be lost plenty of examples of that biblically.
@Child_of_JHWH@TheLaurenChen Not one letter of the law was abolished, portions were fulfilled. Were any of those laws unwise or immoral? We’re still expressly told not to be unequally yolked with unbelievers, that’s a really funny one you chose to pick. Maybe try actually reading the Bible sometime.
@Child_of_JHWH@TheLaurenChen So we don’t inherit the same things… and that’s still merely among the adopted children, none of us inherit what Christ inherits. Christ inherits everything, no one has nearly the inheritance Christ does, we’re co-heirs with him not equal heirs.
