@SuitablePolitic The President is largely to blame for the sentiment you are decrying. I agree with most of your conclusions but the problem is this administration incredibly poor public communication to a large degree. Other than Rubio whose messaging has been spot on.
@realsashastone He deserves it at this point. Sucking up to the Islamist countries (Turkey, Qatar and KSA) where he and is family have business interests make nothing he has to say credible anymore.
@BlueBoxDave I’m not a combat sports enthusiast, but this is actually a celebration of robust pro American sensibilities. Most of us are sick and tired of being forced to watch depravity or being told how awful we are.
@MaestrodeTejas@emzanotti It’s a cherry picked sound bite, but he’s being intentionally obtuse here and deserves no deference to his statement. Trying to mislead or hide reality is something we should decry whether it’s a person from the right or the left.
@AbeytafA@GBNT1952 Your point might be valid as a reason to not engage in armed conflict but the OPs point remains valid that once you do the only way to win is to destroy the will of the enemy. Surrender is the only way to win.
@mdubowitz No it’s a capitulation for domestic electoral reasons and JD Vancehas show himself to be ignorant of history and far too friendly with Islamists
@politicalmath Absent a communist/socialist sweep of the West it will come more quickly than we expected. Ingenuity freed from bureaucratic constraints will always outpace the Malthus/Ehrlich catastrophists
