@karynmaughan They should not investigate and prosecute at the same time, that is where the abuse of power is coming from, NPA should continue with prosecutions, and IDAC does the investigations. If SAPS is given powers to investigate & prosecute the same problems will happen.

Harare holds the 2nd biggest budget /economy after the national budget/economy & Hre is now a village, zero strategies just to maintain what's there.
