The Western Cape Mobility Department is celebrating learners who participated in this year’s National Road Safety Debate and Participatory Education Techniques (PET) competition. Learners from Ihlumelo Secondary School, Paarl placed second in the national PET competition.

This area (Worcester) has the highest concentration for Visually Impaired persons in the country and we working hard to make roads safer for everyone.
