September is Ohio Preparedness Month! For week one, the theme is “Identify Your Risks”.
Do you know Warren County’s top hazards? According to the 2025 Hazard Mitigation Plan, the top 5 hazards include:
1. ⛈️ Wind/Severe Storms
2. 🔦 Utility Failure
3. ☣️ Hazardous Materials Incident
4. 🌪️ Tornado
5. 💻 Cyber-Attacks
While these are the county’s top hazards, be sure to identify your individual risks as well to better prepare.

A 39-year-old woman from Indiana was taken into custody after authorities say she was caught driving while intoxicated with a one-year-old in the car.
When speaking with deputies, she allegedly had a plastic baggie sticking out of her shirt.
