And that’s a wrap to #ARRLFD. Over 1000 #hamrqdio QSOs for our 2A setup. Over 100 on 6 meters. Talked to some guests staying at the resort and had visits from elected and appointed officials. Overall a very successful @arrl Field Day!

The sun is up and the bands are hopping! Our new 80 meter dipole, while very low, was still a great performer on both voice and FT8. #ARRLFD

It might be drizzling, but we have our #hamradio stations going. Got digital on 40 meters and voice on 20 meters and @kd8rtt reprising his June VHF setup on 6 meters. #ARRLFD

@NWSMelbourne thanks for the heads up yesterday. We see the clouds rolling in and thunder in the distance. Antennas are down, tent is staked and lowered. Going to ride out the storm in our sack and wait for everything to pass. Not the best start to #arrlfd but at least safe.

Working on a #hamradio fan dipole for my new QTH. Got the coax and insulators from @DXEngineering. Need to cut the PVC spacers still, but got the wires cut for 6, 10, 15, 20, and 40 meters!
