Very happy to announce I have been selected by Labour as their candidate for Tavistock Division in the upcoming Devon County Council elections. https://t.co/vTGViTiphU RT
Thank you to everyone who voted for me. Whilst we didn’t top the poll, we secured a 77.5% increase in our vote. There are of course sizeable questions for Labour. For my part, I know that (win or lose) raising a voice for change, when you believe in it, is the right thing to do.
From bending tax rules for those who have Boris Johnson's phone number and handing out contracts to their mates to wasting your money on contracts that don’t deliver.
It’s one rule for them, another for the rest of us.
There's a clear choice at today's elections. #VoteLabour

Today I am launching @UKLabour’s rural England policy review. My task from @Keir_Starmer is clear: to inform Labour’s next manifesto so it offers as much hope and opportunity to those living in rural areas as those in towns and cities. Read about it here👇
