Disgusted by @OfficialFV had sofas a year they have sunk in the middle already. The manufacturer came out and was SO rude and has said the issue is ‘resolved’ because it’s not a manufacturer issue?! No contact nothing!!! The issue isn’t RESOLVED at all my sofas have still sunk!
