@WH_Theon A slight chuckle left her lips before drinking from her glass, only briefly.
“I would hope so.” She told him, “And yet, I’m not drunk enough.”
@WH_Theon She only shrugged, leaning her elbows against the table now as she shook her head.
“Wasn’t your fault. None of it was, really. Bad shit happened to you because the school was full of corrupt, fucked up people. You’re the last person who has to be sorry. I don’t care —
@WH_Theon “Yeah, that bitch really sucked at her job. No one would’ve gotten away with some of the shit pulled there at a regular high school.” In fact, they would’ve been better anywhere else.
The school was a death trap. “So fucked up.”
@WH_Theon She couldn’t help but roll her eyes at that. Asha knew that he caused a bunch of trouble beforehand, but harmless really. It was the school and Cersei herself that was fucked up.
“Right.” She shrugged. “Guess she deserved it anyway.”
@WH_Theon Her eyes peered up from her drink to notice the smile at his lips. It was almost strange to see, but at the same time comforting. What could he possibly be smiling at, anyway? “What?”
@WH_Theon “I didn’t think about it then.” She admitted, dropping her gaze to her own drink as the memory came back into her mind. It felt like ages ago. . . she forgot there was a time she and Theon spent together before he was taken to Winterfell, when their brothers were alive.
“I —
@WH_Theon She sat there, unable to come up with more to say. Luckily their new set of drinks arrived just in time to break the silence.
“Doesn’t matter.” She shrugged. Well of course it mattered, she thought. Just not at the moment. She was hoping they could forget about these —
@WH_Theon She was a bit taken aback when he snapped, “Shh— Shit, Theon. Do you want people staring at us?” She took a quick glance around before sighing.
“Yeah, course you haven’t been in your right mind. . . sorry.” She muttered.
@WH_Theon She didn’t seem to mind that much, that part of him was still intact.
Though, Asha rolled her eyes at his comment. “If you think that’s my biggest problem right now you must be out of your mind.” She informed him. The truth was she wasn’t so thrilled about facing —
@WH_Theon — now we drink and forget our problems.
More specifically your problems. You’re in much worse shape than me.” She pointed out before finishing off her drink.
@WH_Theon She was so taken aback by the question, that had to laugh it off. “What do you mean? The same reason everyone drinks, to get drunk. I hope you know I’m not doing any more driving tonight.” She admitted. “There’s a motel right by here, and we sail in the morning. For —
@WH_Theon “No it’s not, it tastes like piss.” A small laugh left her lips before taking her another sip.
“Drink up, Theon. Seems you need it.” He obviously needed the drink more than she did. After all, he was the one with the previous trauma.
“Can we get two more?” She asked —
@WH_Theon She smirked a bit at that, clinking her glass with his. “To leaving King’s Landing.” She nodded before bringing the glass to her lips.
Wasn’t the best whiskey she ever had, but that didn’t matter. What she really cares about was bringing Theon back to life, as —
@WH_Theon She grabbed a waiter’s arm, shortly after he spoke. “Two whiskeys, please.” She asked before receiving a short nod.
She waited until they were well away before she glanced back at her brother. “Something strong, hm? Should help the pain, I s’pose.”
