Last week we had archivists from the Wisconsin Historical Society visit our office to help us stay up to date on best practices for record keeping. Inter-agency collaboration is fundamental for effective governance.

It was great to join the Wisconsin County Clerks Association Lunch and Learn today! Our office gave a presentation on a new feature in our modernization system designed for clerk seals and signatures. These updated systems will allow for secure, digital, and efficient processes.

For many schools, this funding is essential. It helps ensure students have access to up-to-date materials, digital tools, and spaces that spark curiosity and a love of reading. It was wonderful to meet with students at Stormonth and see firsthand how this funding supports them!

Today, I visited Stormonth Elementary School to meet with students and present a check for $61,865 to the Fox Point-Bayside School District for its 2026 library aid allocation, part of this year’s record $73.5 million Common School Fund distribution statewide.
