If you’re wondering why it’s relevant to call this a muslim grooming gang (83-90% muslim) and why we wouldn’t apply the same label to some random gang which happens to be majority Christian:

The reason is the perpetrators’ muslim identity was central to the crimes.

And they purposefully did not systematically abuse muslim girls in the same way.

There was a very clear criteria for their targets and religion was a significant part of who the rapists were and who their victims were.

What people really need to understand about the UK grooming gang scandal is it is the inevitable conclusion for every country who primarily sources immigrants from the subcontinent.
