When I was at Kotaku, there was a constant fight with me over taking off a section of the page dedicated to labor reporting, and more egregiously, to not have a link on the nav bar for our original reporting. The reason? The reporting was on game companies, often not flattering, and thus repellant to the same game companies they hoped would advertise with us.

Eventually, they simply deleted one of these without my permission.
