It's the third day of our nine-day celebration at SACS, honoring one exceptional teacher from each building who has been nominated and selected as their school's Teacher of the Year (TOY). Today we celebrate @WMES_ELEM TOY....and the winner is?

2nd graders at @WMES_ELEM finished their opinion and persuasive writing task by writing letters to their favorite restaurants, explaining why they love them. Landon wrote to Domino's Pizza, and Domino's responded by treating the entire class to a free pizza party!

Mason Nichols, @SpartansHHS Alumni, returned to SACS to inspire STEM passion in 5th graders @WMES_ELEM. Now an engineering student at Purdue and intern at Universal Creative in Orlando, he is contributing to the creation of exciting rollercoasters.
