I am quite positive that many of us relate with the first two images of chasing for money. Be aware that the last stage is coming too. No one will warn you about it.
If you sit for more than 2 hrs in a desk/chair then the above stretching postures are highly recommended for you. Do it every 1 or 2 hrs. In offices on top of the above, walk out of your desk to pick a cup of tea/coffee or a glass of water. The idea is to change one's physiology.
Where there is money, there is control. Where there is little money, there is little control. Today, the West no longer uses crude methods to keep African countries poor; instead, it relies on tools such as trade barriers & negative travel advisories - @wekesa_amos
Yoga is a great form of stretching. Combining your breathing with posture (asana) movement is what makes it Yoga. Don't mind about the religious élément in it, practice the stretching & begin slowly. Find an Instructor if you can, you will thank yourself later.
When we are younger, we demand always to be given money to buy this or that & most time u'll be told that there is NO MONEY.U only appreciates that statement when the angle changes & it's your turn now. Every single coin must be planned for & used wisely so as to gain it's worth

Man United vs Man City in 1845.
The Dress code and possible ages of the players then and now, what an évolution!
For effective &efficient gym & Aerobics workout, understand the muscles groups, & how they work together. That way u'll know when to isloate them so that the other parts can rest while others are worked on. Swimming, walking & cardio exercises works on all the muscles groups.
As humans, whenever we COMPLAIN, BLAME others or situations for our failings, give EXCUSES for our déficiences, we disempower ourselves from creative & innovative ways of solving the challenge. Eliminate the 3 & you'll see life & it's challenges differently!

Today I was able to play a game after 1 yr & 4 months of missing out in #EBB. The rackets are still well & I haven't forgotten much. Thanks to @Koffi Sarfo in Ghana, @Amand Deep in India, my Sifuu @Phan Anh in Vietnam, @Satesh in India, @Juma & @Ayub in Abyei, Great game, & feel!
In all endeavours of life be it jobs, Entrepreneurship, etc, one must present themselves irrespective of the odds against you. You may not know anyone but it will just be your day if you are present & on the dance floor! Always show up & present your best dépités the odds & noise
As Martin Luther King Jr. Said, 'If you can't fly, run; if you can't run then walk, and if you can't walk then crawl' the idea is that you keep moving. Les Brown adds that if you fail, then fall forward not on your back so that you can easily get up. Life will keep moving.
When life throws challenges at us, we need to positively ask ourselves what lessons & opportunities do we pick from these challenges? That way, we not only become stronger but also wiser and achieve individual transformative growth in life.
Integrity & high ethical standards are core virtures that every day I live with, in thoughts, actions, & words. Being true to our individual values attract related people to us & the opposite is true. Live, act, & think your core values, that way we make the world à better place.

And that is life, entreprenuership, etc. A good day for one may be a bad day for another, we just have to live through them.
This image is of a protester in #Uganda many years ago. It truly depicts reality, either in Life, Entrepreneurship, spiritiality, etc. There is alot of NOISE out there that one need to concentrate on what really matters to them. In this case, catching up on a great story.
The elegancy in which this cultural dance is performed makes one appreciate African heritage more. Well done to the organizing committee of RC Entebbe Presidential installation for bringing this cultural vibe to the event!
