@FirstWestYorks Yet again your bus services are a joke the 686 Fagley bus from town (outside the broadway the normal stop)drove right passed everyone at the bus stop now we have to wait another hour to get the next Fagley. THIS IS DISGUSTING

@FirstWestYorks this is not acceptable. I pay enough to use a service which is unreliable. People have work to get to and this today made me late for work which I and my boss was not impress at all.

So the 8.04am bus from Fagley to town did not turn up after been stood there from 7.45am (a young lass was there before me) @FirstWestYorks this is getting beyond a joke. I am now late for work afte the 8.24 bus turned up. this service is getting beyond a joke can someone explain
