@CoxHelp It’s cool that people can use their own modems but when your customer service makes me rent a modem to get a much cheaper price it’s kind of hard to say no. I’ve also tried using other modems in the past but my speeds seem to get throttled after a couple months unless I rent 🤔

@CoxHelp Why did you get rid of Guest WiFi support? I shouldn’t have to use a separate router to setup a virtual network for guests. 😤 Is there a way around this with my rental modem?

@CoxHelp It is terrible how limited options are for network settings on your modems. Consumers should be able to do what they want with their internet especially when it gives them better security. Especially with something as basic as a guest network. 🤦‍♂️

@pitdemty @WyzeCam I managed to get a direct number through their support on here! They can definitely have some problems and they do tend to release some products with many bugs at first but I do love the company. They take a lot of feedback and over time they really do improve things.
