@heydomoshi This is a well anticipated event. RC cannot have voting power on $EBAY with economic exposure. It has to be converted to shares. If RC really wants to own $EBAY, this is the only way to go. Next year, he will have seats on the board. The question is if he wait for another year?

@sneedweb These shares are for acquisition so RC cannot sell covered calls like he did in bitcoin, otherwise he will be risking of being called away. Otherwise, CC is another good source of extra incomes.

@PhantomBlack699 Why do normal people have to worry about how/where super riches come up with $500M cash? They have plenty of ways. I didn’t think he will sell his $GME shares to come up with the cash if this is your concern since it will weaken his argument on $EBAY board members dumping shares.

@foxenflask RC is soldifing $ebay's acquisition ahead of $GME annual shareholder meeting. His strategic plan to combine both business will help him win more institutions' vote. Before 10/30, we should expect more good news like this to boost stock price above $32 before warrant expiration

@HeroAssange Just no fast way to reach $100B market cap requirement for RC’s compensation package if $GME just choose to do organic growth or small acquisitions. It may take decades to reach there. That’s why RC wants to acquire $EBAY at the first place.

@Only_Pangs If this is true, $GME market cap will be close to $100B which can meet the last trench requirement on RC's compensation package. Then why bother to acquire $ebay?

@heydomoshi Because warrant expiration date and strike price can be adjusted by RC before 10/30 expiration. RC has strong incentive to let warrant exercised at $32 to collect nearly $2B cash. Higher stock price is also better for eBay acquisition. Risk of holding warrants is lower than call

@sneedweb If market likes GME AI hype, we should see a 20%+ long green candle today. The fact that $GME hovering near the bottom of trading range all day already told you a lot.

@Hodlingsince21 The shorts are more than happy to sell you 80M shares of synthetic shares. They are always available to drive down price that way. They will sell more synthetics on $32.
