@DaBridgeFB @JusticeGordon13 Nice job Justice!

[Woodbridge XC&Track @WSHSBridgeTrack]

@CoachDistance This is great! Have you thought about adding some heart rate data next to each category? I think that could be helpful for people who train in hot, humid weather.

[Woodbridge XC&Track @WSHSBridgeTrack]

Congratulations Woodbridge Track! Region Champions!

[Woodbridge XC&Track @WSHSBridgeTrack]

@Action_Speed_Tr @KaydenWhitaker_ Not fun to watch your own record go down but advancing the sport is what it is all about! Believe it or not, I still have a couple HS records standing but am always waiting for the axe to fall 🫣

[Woodbridge XC&Track @WSHSBridgeTrack]

@Coach_JMarley @Action_Speed_Tr Wow, what a great post! So true and free training! Pay for your outside trainers if you want to, but why pay when you can get it for free by highly experienced speed coaches!

[Woodbridge XC&Track @WSHSBridgeTrack]

@steven_montoya 100% agree unless it is a championship meet and teams are jockeying for the win.

[Woodbridge XC&Track @WSHSBridgeTrack]

@aricks4life Back at ya, Coach Alette!

[Woodbridge XC&Track @WSHSBridgeTrack]

Congrats! Bridge Track boys take the District title again!
Girls placed 4th!
Overall we brought home a combined total of 10 individual champion titles and 1 relay title. We are super proud of this team!
Up next is Regionals!

[Woodbridge XC&Track @WSHSBridgeTrack]

@DaBridgeFB Nice work. Keep it going!

[Woodbridge XC&Track @WSHSBridgeTrack]

@hansonsrun Training age is more important than grade!There are exceptions but it is always best to train with caution-especially runners with zero experience.Doesn't matter if they are talented and can stay with the experienced group, the "over" mileage will catch up and result in injuries.

Hello future XC and Track athletes!
As this another school year ends, so begins the search to add new members and grow our team(s)! We are looking for incoming 9th graders as well as hidden talent right here at Woodbridge HS!

@GeorgeMasonTFXC Congrats!

“I was very nervous but also very excited to race. All I wanted to do was get that back-to-back state championship and I knew that I could trust the guys in doing just that.”

[Woodbridge XC&Track @WSHSBridgeTrack]

@RGary2 For me, championship season is the hardest part of the season to coach! Too much and you cook em, not enough and they are flat. This does not diminish the totality of their season as a whole:)

[Woodbridge XC&Track @WSHSBridgeTrack]

Representing our girls team at the Class 6 XC State Championship was Liana Eberly who place 17th and Caroline Drunasky, 44th. These two girls worked hard to get to this level and we are extremely proud of them!

[Woodbridge XC&Track @WSHSBridgeTrack]

Well, they did it again! Bridge XC boys brought home the WIN! They defended their title and are now 2x Back to Back State Champions!
CONGRATS Boys!
Hayden Goodman, Deaven Roberts, Owen Renquist, Shareef Elfadil, Bradley Johnson, Cameron McDuffie and Henry McCarthy
