Also congratulations to hear coach Steffi Dutton, recognized as RRC Coach of the Year for a second consecutive championship season. Colts will find out their playoff draw on Saturday, with the first round set for Tuesday.

West Stanly Volleyball captures the conference tournament title tonight to go along with the regular season championship. Colts defeat the Tigers 3-1 and recognize Kayli Cleaver (RRC Player of the Year) along with other All-RRC honorees Addie Barbee, Riley Barbee and Madison Kee.

VOLLEYBALL: West Stanly defeats Forest Hills 3-0 (25-14, 25-13, 25-17) in the RRC Tourney semifinals. Colts will host Mt. Pleasant in Thursday night’s championship, which begins at 7pm and will stream on NFHS Network.

Outstanding Senior Night victory over Anson. Great to be able to recognize three special student-athletes from our @WSHSVolleyball2 team: Addie Barbee, Riley Barbee and Madison Kee. These three have played a role in 58 varsity volleyball wins (and counting) over their 4 years.

Saddened today to hear of the passing of Keith Hinson. A community volunteer with our tennis teams for almost 20 years, Mr. Hinson served countless hours teaching the game he loved to many WSHS tennis players over the last two decades. Thank you, Mr. Hinson. You will be missed!
