Yet more complete nonsense from @thameswater. Who's "investing" £20bn, that'll be TW's customers, every single penny of that is coming from bill increases, shareholders aren't putting in a farthing.

Paid no dividends, that's not what their annual accounts said and that's exactly why Ofcom fined them, they have indeed paid "dividends". @AlexMJourno
