Had the "pleasure" of working from @DelanoVegas to cover a televised fight—what an expensive letdown! Paid $800+ for a room with a breathtaking view of…a parking lot. The room had that lovely “Vegas smoke” scent, and check-in took a whopping 1.25 hours. Not a single apology or effort to make things right. We are the production team for the big fight at their facility, and let’s just say, it was a knockout... but not in a good way. 😬 From start to finish, it was a miserable experience at Delano: the check-in, the room, the service.
