Demers has deeper roots in Portland than Calabro though, and I've never heard anyone say anything bad about him, so I'm confused about that comment too.

@AdvisorJohn You're right but getting the price right so the market can do its job is a skill. There's more to that than looking up the Zillow value. I'm skeptical of "full sale price" claims too though, as often they fail to mention. $30k seller concessions for CC, buydown, repairs, etc

@nic_carter I'm at our Oregon Coast house now. Yesterday as I peered across the bay with our spotting scope I saw a small fishing boat, and one passenger was shooting gulls floating on the water with a slingshot. I had a disappointed thought in alignment with your post.
