@NianticHelp hello! My son's account (PTC login) cannot redeem the rotom research. Have raised a support query in game for him: initial response was his trainer account is not a child one (it is) and we should just link to another login method and use webstore. What next? Thx

Link to Google is not available in Pokémon Go for him so he has no way to access webstore.
