Bridging Education and Nature, The Organic Way!

At We The Leaders Foundation, we believe learning should go beyond classrooms and textbooks. This week, we had the joy of organizing a Natural Farming Field Training session for school children in Aravakurichi.

Project Thalaiva - Preparing Leaders for Tomorrow

Our vision is to nurture youth who Think Independently, Act Responsibly and Influence Positively. The pilot batch has commenced with 12 students at Vivekananda Tuition Centre, Thadagam, Coimbatore.

This pilot phase will help us refine our curriculum, execution structure and learning experience before the formal launch.

3rd Organic Farming Internship

We The Leaders Foundation successfully conducted a Natural Farming Field Training internship program. The sessions covered natural input preparation, soil and water conservation, traditional farming methods, and value-added marketing opportunities.

Participants from various districts of Tamil Nadu and other states actively took part in the training.

3வது இயற்கை விவசாய பயிற்சி (இன்டர்ன்ஷிப்)

வி த லீடர்ஸ் அறக்கட்டளை, இயற்கை விவசாய களப் பயிற்சி இன்டர்ன்ஷிப் திட்டத்தை வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்தி முடித்தது. இந்த பயிற்சியில் இயற்கை உள்ளீடுகள் தயாரித்தல், மண் மற்றும் நீர் பாதுகாப்பு, பாரம்பரிய விவசாய முறைகள், மதிப்பு கூட்டு தயாரிப்புகள் மற்றும் சந்தைப்படுத்தல் வாய்ப்புகள் ஆகியவை கற்பிக்கப்பட்டன.

தமிழ்நாட்ட���ன் பல்வேறு மாவட்டங்களிலும் மற்ற மாநிலங்களிலும் இருந்து வந்த பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் இந்த பயிற்சியில் உற்சாகமாக கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

Dairy Farming & Livestock Health Awareness Program

We The Leaders Foundation successfully conducted a Dairy Farming and Livestock Health Awareness Program on 17 December 2025 at Putharachal, Palladam.

The program focused on improving dairy productivity, livestock health management, disease prevention, and modern dairy practices. Around 150 dairy farmers participated and benefited from expert sessions, live demonstrations of milking machines, and nutritional support through mineral mixture distribution.

Farmers from 15+ villages and milk procurement centers actively took part, making the initiative impactful at the grassroots level. The program received positive feedback and reinforced our commitment to strengthening rural dairy development and farmer welfare.
