(2/3) @Asda has doubled down on an unadvertised, unwritten ban on bare feet due to "safety." The best part? Their internal guidelines explicitly state that if a customer refuses to wear a top, staff must not prevent them from entering, but if they have no shoes, they are banned.
(1/3) Fascinating difference in UK supermarket policies.
โBoth @Morrisons and @Sainsburys executive teams have confirmed that barefoot shoppers are entirely welcome in their stores, trusting adults to manage their own risk.
Meanwhile, @ASDA...

Hi @ASDA, as a loyal customer, Iโm disappointed by your new โshoes must be wornโ policy. Iโve shopped barefoot for years with no issues, and this change feels exclusionary. Please reconsider and allow stores to make their own decisions.
@AmazonUK Please can you remind your delivery drivers that they need to knock on the door and deliver the items correctly when they drop stuff off and not just leave it in front of the door with out knocking, out in the open for everyone to see. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
Hmm @Canonical and @Microsoft together, looks like I won't be using Ubuntu in the future then. Microsoft trying to get their fingers in all the pies. Sticking with @debian for now.
@Ranboosaysstuff Yo dude, my niece Summer was listening to one of your videos and I can't believe how many times you say "It's So Funny" I counted 15 times while I was listening. #ItsSoFunny
@MissMurray943 Can you tell me what exactly you think is gross about feet as I would like to understand why you have such loathing for them.
I think shoes are gross and very unhealthy, I would be quite happy tell you why.
@MissMurray943 I've just seen an article you wrote about being barefoot on the boardwalk, you seem to have Podophobia and that's your problem. Stop trying to push your fears on others, there is nothing wrong with walking barefoot, In fact I walk barefoot EVERYWHERE.
