Golfers, hitters, athletes- what’s you’re approach before every shot/at-bat/point/etc.
1) identify your approach
2) think about what it will take to execute
3) visualize the execution
4) self-talk/cues for the shot
5) consciously commit!

• Focus on what you can control
• Surround yourself wisely
• Practice self-discipline
• Practice self-compassion
• No big decisions when you're hungry or tired

People always ask me what my key to longevity in this league has been. And what I would have to say to that is .. above all, it’s been my mental fortitude. I’ve developed a consistent mental routine, which has helped me develop an intentional, positive and confident mindset.
Sleep is the best performance enhancer this is. Yet, many of us neglect or lack the recommended dose.
